2.4. Withdrawal Limits

Daily Limit: ₹50,000 per day.
Monthly Limit: ₹5,00,000 per month.
Higher withdrawal limits may be approved for verified High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs).

3. Fees and Charges

3.1. Withdrawal Fees

A 15% processing fee is applied to all withdrawal amounts.
An additional 28% GST is levied as per Indian tax regulations.

3.2. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)

30% TDS will be deducted on winnings exceeding ₹10,000, as mandated by Section 194B of the Income Tax Act.
The deducted TDS will be reflected in the user's Form 26AS for tax filing purposes.

4. General Rules

4.1. Fair Play Policy

Withdrawals are allowed only for winnings earned through legitimate skill-based gaming.
Any fraudulent activity, including multiple accounts or collusion, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

4.2. Pending Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be temporarily held if the account is under review for suspicious activity. Users will be notified about the reason for the delay.

4.3. Account Closure

If a user chooses to close their account, any remaining balance can be withdrawn upon successful completion of compliance checks.
