You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, create derivative works, or exploit any content from Khel Junction without explicit written consent.

3. User Conduct

3.1. Prohibited Activities

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unfair practices.
• Disrupt the normal operations of the platform or introduce harmful software.
• Upload, post, or share unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or objectionable content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

3.2. Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable Indian laws, including state-specific laws related to real-money gaming.

4. Fees, Winnings, and Tax Compliance

4.1. Fees and Deductions

Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other statutory deductions will be levied on your winnings as per Indian law.

4.2. Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)

30% TDS will be deducted from winnings exceeding ₹10,000, as per the Income Tax Act, Section 194B.

4.3. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their individual tax obligations, including filing returns and paying taxes on winnings.

5. Limitation of Liability

Khel Junction and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents will not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of our platform.
• Interruptions, errors, or delays in service.
• Unauthorized access or security breaches.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Khel Junction and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your use of the platform or participation in games.

7. Fair Play Policy

7.1. Account Integrity

• Each user must create and operate a single account.
• Accounts found engaging in fraudulent activity, collusion, or unfair practices may be terminated, and winnings forfeited.

7.2. Anti-Fraud Measures

We use advanced systems to detect and prevent fraud, and we reserve the right to take action against accounts violating our Fair Play Policy.

8. Changes to Terms of Service

Khel Junction reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Account Closure and Termination

Khel Junction reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms. Users may close their accounts by contacting support@kheljunction.co. Any remaining balance will be subject to compliance checks before withdrawal.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or grievances should be reported to support@kheljunction.co. Disputes will be resolved within 14 business days.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
