Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once a transaction is successfully completed, cancellations are not permitted. This policy applies to all deposits, in-game purchases, and subscription services.
1.2. Non-Cancellable Transactions
Transactions involving in-game credits, bonuses, or special promotions are non-cancellable and non-refundable once processed. No cancellations will be entertained for services or features that have already been used, accessed, or consumed.
1.3. Exceptional Cases
In cases of technical errors, where the purchased service or credit is not delivered, users must report the issue within 24 hours of the transaction by contacting support@kheljunction.co.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:
- Technical Errors: If a technical issue prevents you from accessing the purchased service or credit.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If a transaction is proven to have occurred without the user’s authorization, following an investigation.
2.2. Refund Approval Process
Users must email support@kheljunction.co with the following details:
- Registered username and email address
- Transaction ID or payment reference number
- Date and time of the transaction
- Description of the issue
Refunds are subject to approval after verification by our team.
2.3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
2.4. Deductions
Refund amounts will include applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) and transaction processing fees, as mandated by the Government of India. Any bonuses or promotional credits associated with the transaction will be deducted from the refund.
3. Non-Refundable Transactions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Promotional Offers: Transactions made during special promotions or discounted periods, unless explicitly stated.
- One-Time-Use Features: Purchases involving non-redeemable bonuses, in-game items, or other one-time-use features.
- Fraudulent or Breach of Terms: Refunds will not be issued for accounts found engaging in fraudulent activities, misuse, or violations of Khel Junction’s Terms of Service.
4. Compliance with Indian Laws
Khel Junction strictly complies with Indian laws and regulations governing real-money gaming. GST and statutory deductions will be applied to transactions and refunds as per the rules of the Government of India. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be applied to winnings exceeding ₹10,000, as required by the Income Tax Act.
